Has been in Property Management for the last fifteen years after leaving a banking career where she always had worked in the Accounting area. She enjoys the challenges of the job and the interactions with the residents of various backgrounds that is typical of living in the nations capitol. As accounts manager she is always very occupied and has little time for day dreaming.

Tanya has been at The Wellington about 5 years and loves all the renovations that has happened with Bainbridge. She is determined to give her residents excellent customer service and loves the contests from management. She is committed to making the leasing and move in process as easy as possible for her new residents and encouraging resident referrals. When she is not working here she is working her 2nd job taking care of her 2 beautiful babies and husband.

Myrna, a native Virginian, has been with Bainbridge/The Wellington for two years. As Customer Service Associate, she enjoys the opportunity to interact with the residents on a daily basis responding to their inquiries and providing assistance. It is great to be part of the team to help keep the Wellington a very, very special place to live.

David joined the Bainbridge family in September, 2007 after serving as maintenance technician with his previous employer for over four years. He will always go above and beyond to make sure all of your service needs are resolved within a timely manner. With his previous employer, he won the most prestigious award for a service technician. “The Mystery Award”. David continually pursues excellence in his daily job to ensure The Wellington is an outstanding place to call home. He is the orchestrator of the Service team, ensuring that contractors are on task, ensuring that service requests are taken care of and making sure your community is in tip top shape. David's positive attitude is infectious and he enjoys the opportunity to interact with and help residents throughout the day. Because of his commitment his team was recognized as Service Team of the Year by Bainbridge Mid-Atlantic for 2008.

Lionel has been with Bainbridge since June 2008 extending his maintenance expertise in both supportive and supervisory roles within the maintenance department. Prior to joining Bainbridge he held supervisory roles in commercial, residential and HOA property maintenance positions throughout the Northern VA area for over nine years. Lionel holds a license in HVAC I & II Certified Air Conditioning and refrigeration and has successfully completed courses on OSHA workplace safety regulations and project management. Lionel also volunteers at the homeless shelter on Rt. 1 and is a member of the bull dog club.

Deen is a fresh pick but determined maintenance technician at The Wellington. He continues to play his role as a team support at The Wellington with most attention in making apartments ready for new move-ins. He is a soccer fan of the almighty Arsenal Soccer club of England. He is soft spoken but is always eager to make sure the residents of The Wellington are well taken care of. Deen loves calculators…. So, when it comes to algebra, call on him!!!

Saidu is a maintenance Technician at The wellington apartments. He has been a committed Service Technician for the past six years. He continues to be a loyal and customer driven person. He takes care of buildings assigned to him and he is a supervisor resource. Saidu loves soccer and monitors international soccer each day. So any time there is an international match, be sure to check him out.

Roque is the special, handy man of The Wellington. Very crafty, thorough, and prompt to resolve a variety of issues. Roque specializes in making a way when there seems to be no way. Whether tile work, or steel doors or brick work he is well rounded. He makes the impossible possible. Roque has a proud military background and cannot depart from being on point at all times. He is eager to complete special projects at all times, when you need a stubborn person he is the guy!!! He also supports the FC Barcelona soccer club.
