Calorie counts are coming to chain restaurant menus and boards soon. How do you know if a meal is healthy for you without the nutritious information?
The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite spots. I love their salads (Luau Salad) and even their pasta dishes. I found out yesterday that the Bistro Shrimp Pasta has 2819 calories, 77 g saturated fat, and 1,008 mg of sodium. Isn’t that crazy? How depressing and unhealthy for you… I couldn’t believe it has over 2800 calories! I guess the shrimp and veggies do not cut it.
From now on, I need to try their healthier portions or the grilled fish. How do you stay healthy when you go out to eat?
