New resident was wondering if anyone knows if there is a pet sitter residing in the complex? It would be really convenient if there was so that they already have parking pass, building key, etc. Thanks & looking forward to the pool party!!

For Wellington residents who do not have a patio/balcony, our current television options are only the monopoly that is comcast. For a multifamily building, that is quite restrictive. There is satellite technology that could serve to offer a much needed and deserved choice. If one satellite (a normal, household sized satellite, this wouldn't be an enourmous monstrosity on the roof) were installed on the roof, everyone interested in satellite tv could receive it through a personal box in their apartment, and pay for their service only. Additional info is available here: http://http://blog.livethewellington.com/community-notices/welcome-the-wellington/#comment-128www.allbusiness.com/entertainment-arts/broadcasting-industry-subscription/13002020-1.html

I hope that Wellington management SERIOUSLY considers this. Something like this would surely be of interest to many current residents as well as potential tenants interested in quality television at a fair value.

I was wondering how many times a week are the elevators cleaned ? Last Thursday someone spilled something on the buttons in one of the elevators in North building. It still remains there after more than a week and it is disgusting. The elevators are getting worse day after day and the smell pets leave behind is sometimes unbearable. If the management doesn't care about getting it cleaned regularly, at least the residents should use it responsibly.

Yes, please do tell us the pool hours. I can't find it ANYWHERE!!! It's currently 11:22 on a Friday and I don't see a lifeguard on duty, so I don't think the answer will bode well for me. Bummer. I was hoping to enjoy the pool without the screaming children. Might go hop the fence.

Is there a timeframe yet for when the pool will open? And are there any plans for a grand opening celebration again?

Jeez, is this the same guy who complained about not having a piano a few months ago? I would think that if having a piano in your building was that important to you, you'd move into a building that has a piano, instead of moving into a building and asking them to install a club room centered around one. Or, ya know, buy your own. You can count me among the tenants who: 1) do not find life boring due to the lack of a piano in my apartment building, 2) would be annoyed "to hear music coming from the club room of the building", and 3) would rather you continue using available space for the gym, computer lounge, etc.
