Do you hate to run or exercise in general? It’s really important to stay active and take care of yourself.
Here are some ways to motivate yourself and build up your cardio:
- Do 30 minutes of cardio a day
- Jogging and walking
- Push ups or sit-ups – do as many as you can with the proper form and then relax for 60 seconds. Repeat this until you’ve done 50.
- Bicycling – uses all the power in your legs and helps you increase your endurance
- Elliptical Trainer – perfect to use if you have achy joints and can’t run
- Swimming – full body exercise… enough said!
- Rock climbing – can burn up to 380 calories in 30 minutes
- Zumba or dance aerobics – great for non-runners





Yeah, it might be a little easier to “Pump Up the Cardio” if two of the four treadmills and one of the two ellipticals were not out of commission.
