Bring a Hearty Appetite to Wild Tiger BBQ in Arlington

The next time you’re in Pentagon Row and headed to Bun’d for your fix of Asian fusion bites and buns, you’re going to have a tough decision to make. Wild Tiger BBQ has a pop-up at Bun’d, and that means twice the incredible dishes for you to choose from. The all-day menu at Wild Tiger BBQ adds some great sandwiches to the offering, from the double-dipped spicy fried chicken to a sweet-and-savory pulled pork with pineapple slaw.

But it’s the dinner menu that should really get your attention. Sloppy Mamas (a barbecue master in their own right) helps out on some of the meats to add to dishes like brisket and broccoli with classic Chinese brown sauce. Other incredible options include sticky ribs, smoked Cornish hen rice, and KC-style burnt ends (or a platter of all six menu items to feed up to three people if you simply can’t decide). Imagine picking that up on your way home to The Wellington after a long week!

The dinner menu at Wild Tiger BBQ is only available after 4 p.m. Friday through Sunday, but it’s worth waiting all week. Visit the website to make an order.
